The museum shows
in its exhibition a set of scale models made in the 70's -80's by Desiderio García Felipe, who worked in
maintenance (as bricklayer) for the factory since he was 14 years old...He sadly left us in 2012, having celebrated his one hundred years. He has left us a humble but precious, unvaluable legacy: Even
though he could not study, their scale models are very proportioned and
precise, reflecting the morphology of the represented buildings very
accurately. Some of them are the "Calle del Cercado", "Plaza de
Luis Escudero", "Iglesia de Riòpar Viejo" (the old village church),
"Serrería y viviendas obreras" (Sawmill and workers state), the
School and the "talleres de San
Carlos " (workshops), where the Museum is now
based in.
Addittionally,
the scale model made by Beatriz F. Castro and Ismael Trigueros
shows the functioning of a three male drop hammer from the 18th Century, pushed
the strenght of the water.
